Laser-cut edges with no stitching thread anywhere near a coated lens, on split fibre you can test with a drag across a dry palm.

Customized microfiber cloths for electronics, it and device rollouts

Weight, pile and edge specified per task and colour-coded per set, because a wheel towel that reaches a panel is a swirl mark.

Treated inner layer with a clean buffing face, and the limits on plate, pearls and patina printed on the sleeve.

Full-colour sublimation at one-colour cost, with the blend chosen for print punch or cleaning performance rather than by accident.

FAQ

Questions buyers ask before ordering

What is the minimum order?
Our minimum order is just 12 cloths, with bulk tiers as quantities grow. Lens cloths, sublimated cloths, detailing towels, waffle cloths, pouch sets and polishing cloths all carry the same minimum.
How fast will my microfiber cloths arrive?
Your free mockup lands within 24 hours and cloths ship in about 2 weeks. Pouch sets and individually bagged packing can add a few days, and we confirm a real ship date in writing before you commit rather than after.
What actually makes a microfiber cloth clean well?
Split filament. During manufacture each fibre is divided into dozens of finer wedge-shaped strands, and it is the edges of those wedges that scrape residue off a surface while the capillary space between them holds it. An unsplit filament is simply very fine polyester: soft, identical in a photograph, and it smears. You can test any cloth in two seconds by dragging it dry across a dry palm — split fibre grabs and drags, unsplit slides.
What do the numbers like 80/20 and 70/30 mean?
They are the polyester to polyamide ratio. Polyester gives strength and the scrubbing edge; polyamide gives absorbency and grab, so a 70/30 cloth feels plusher and holds more liquid than an 80/20. The number worth asking for alongside it is GSM, which is the weight and therefore the density of the pile. A cloth described only as microfibre, with no ratio and no GSM, has not been specified at all.
Why does the same artwork look duller on some cloths?
Because dye sublimation bonds only to polyester, and the polyamide content does not take the dye. That means the plusher, more absorbent blends render a print slightly softer and less saturated than a high-polyester face does. It is a real trade-off between cleaning feel and print punch rather than a printing fault, and we will show you both and let you pick rather than choosing silently.
Why does the edge finish matter?
Because on delicate surfaces the stitching thread is the hardest thing on the cloth. A serged or overlocked edge drags a hard polyester thread across whatever you are cleaning, which is how lens coatings pick up fine marks and how clear coat picks up straight-line scratches. A laser-cut or ultrasonically welded edge has no thread, cannot fray and sheds nothing. We keep serged edges for wheels, engine bays and general cleaning.
How should these be washed?
Warm water with detergent only, washed separately from cotton, and air dried or tumbled on low. Never use fabric softener, dryer sheets or bleach. Softener is the big one: it leaves a coating that fills the space between the split fibres, so the cloth still looks perfect and stops cleaning almost entirely. Cotton lint is the second, because microfibre grabs it and holds it. Both are far more common causes of a dead cloth than wear.
Are microfiber cloths antibacterial?
No, and we will not print that claim on one. Microfibre removes soil, oil and a large fraction of surface contamination mechanically, which is genuinely useful and is why healthcare cleaning protocols use it. It does not kill anything, it is not a disinfectant and it is not a sanitiser. Where disinfection is required, the cloth is the applicator and the chemistry does the work.
