Production time

Standard production is about 2 weeks from the moment you approve your mockup (faster turnaround available with express shipping). Production does not begin until approval, so the clock starts when you say yes, not when you first enquire.

Fibre composition is stated on the quotation as the ratio of polyester to polyamide, together with fabric weight in grams per square metre, weave and edge finish; minor variation in weight and dimension within manufacturing tolerance is normal. Goods are supplied in split-filament microfibre unless expressly quoted otherwise. Cleaning performance is mechanical: goods remove soil, oils and particulate matter by physical action, and no representation is made that goods are antibacterial, antimicrobial, sanitising or disinfecting, and no such claim will be printed on or applied to goods supplied. Where disinfection is required, goods function only as an applicator for a separately supplied chemical agent. Goods are low-linting and are not represented as absolutely lint-free. Decoration by dye sublimation bonds to polyester content only; artwork reproduced on blends containing polyamide will render with reduced saturation relative to higher-polyester substrates, and this is a characteristic of the process and not a defect. Edge finish is stated on the quotation; laser-cut and ultrasonically welded edges are supplied where goods are intended for use on coated optical surfaces or automotive clear coat, and stitched or overlocked edges are not recommended for such use. Goods must be laundered separately from cotton in warm water with detergent only; fabric softener, dryer sheets, bleach and high-temperature drying will impair or destroy cleaning performance and any resulting loss of performance is excluded. Treated polishing cloths incorporate a mild abrasive or anti-tarnish compound, are supplied for use on solid metal only, and are not suitable for plated items with thin or worn plating, pearls, opals, coated finishes or antique patina; the supplier accepts no liability for damage arising from use contrary to the guidance supplied with the goods.

Express turnaround

If you are working to an opening, a wedding or an event date, tell us the date when you request the quote. Express turnaround is available on most products and we will confirm in writing whether your date is achievable before you pay.

Delivery

Orders ship from the United States by ground carrier, with transit typically running 2–5 business days depending on distance. You receive tracking as soon as the shipment leaves. Expedited air service is available on request.

Addresses and split shipments

Double-check your shipping address before approval — carriers charge to redirect a shipment in transit and we pass that cost through at cost. We can split one order across multiple locations; just tell us the breakdown when you order.

Lost or damaged shipments

If tracking stalls or a carton arrives damaged, contact us with photos and we will open the carrier claim and reprint or refund the affected portion. You do not have to deal with the carrier yourself.
